Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. You will retain access to subscribed features until your current paid period expires.

2. Refund Terms

• Digital Products: Due to the intangible nature of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, all sales are final. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
• Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical glitch leading to a double charge, please report the issue to info@tclc.ai within 48 hours.
• Trial Periods: We encourage users to utilize our free tiers or demos to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated via our partner payment gateways and typically reflect in the user’s original payment method (Bank Account/Card/Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
